Full contractual capability

In order to use the services of, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of signing a contract. If you are under 18 years of age, you will first need to obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. You can download our declaration of consent:

Please fax us the form after you have filled it out in order to register with us.

Model release

We have created a model release that is designed for our purposes. A model release is an agreement that must be signed by anyone appearing in an image before that image can be used commercially on

The model release describes the rights of use of the image. However, the contract does not dictate the details of the work conducted with the model (e.g. revocation, working hours, travel costs, shooting procedures, etc.). The terms dictating how the photographer and model work together shall be decided on by the photographer and the model, or by the photographer and the agency that represents the model.

Please upload the model release contract in the designated area of the PantherMedia site (MyPanther). Every time you upload new images, you can simply select this contract and essentially include it as an "attachment" to the image. You only have to upload the release once, and then simply attach it multiple times for the images with the same person.

Here you can see a list of our model releases:

Property release

You are allowed to photograph buildings in public areas, but only if you are on public property at that time (and not, for example, if you take the image from inside a private apartment across the street). You therefore only need a property release for images that are taken while the photographer is on private property or is inside a building. As for taking images at events or objects, the rules depend on what kind of event or object it is. As a basic principle, the organization hosting the event / designing the object will have domestic authority (as is the case with concerts and trade shows) or registered designs. We therefore recommend making arrangements with the organization in charge of the event/object.

This property release contract is for your own legal protection. If you take images inside a museum, on private property, or inside a company, then we require a property release before the images can be used commercially. You can upload the necessary paperwork under "property release" in MyPanther. You can then select this release for every imagte of a building/object/property.

Note: If you take images inside public institutions (museums, etc.),you cannot automatically use these images as editorial images. You will have to ask the proprietor first whether this is allowed.
